 Leaving in a Safe Place; Please be aware a few parcels have gone missing due to this, so  unfortunately, we are not in a  position  to be liable if you ask a parcel to be left in a safe place 

Can we ask you not to redirect your parcels, as for some reason this does not work, and normally the parcel gets lost.

I say this very kindly, can we ask you to be at home for your delivery.
